Zian AI vs 11x: Which Fits Your Outbound?

Quick answer

Pick 11x if you want a shipped, buyable, enterprise-ready GTM platform where an outbound worker runs email and social at scale and an inbound worker answers the phone. Pick Zian AI if your motion is live outbound conversation — phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp — orchestrated for you as a managed program across many languages, and you can accept an application rather than a checkout. 11x has published pricing and a SOC 2 Type II certification. Zian has neither.

How we compared

Disclosure first: we are one of the two vendors here, this is published on our own site, and you should weigh it accordingly. What we can control is the method.

Every claim about 11x below comes from a page 11x owns, opened and read in raw form on 30 August 2026, with the link on the sentence it supports. No AI SDR “review” blogs or affiliate roundups. Where 11x publishes nothing on a dimension, we write “not published” rather than guessing; that is a finding, not an accusation. Claims about Zian come from Zian, and we flag where that is weaker evidence than a certification or a price list.

What 11x actually sells today

11x describes itself on its homepage as “The AI Growth Company” and sells its platform around two “digital workers”.

Alice is the outbound worker. Her product page covers market tracking, buying signals, multithreading into key accounts, website-visitor activation and CRM lead revival, and says she can “Accelerate your expansion to international markets in over 105 languages.”

Julian is the inbound worker. His page says that if a visitor goes to Contact Sales, “I call back within 60 seconds across phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.” The AI phone agent page adds branded caller ID, rotating numbers, recording, transcription and live transfer with full context.

The channel split is the most important thing for an outbound buyer to understand, and 11x states it plainly on its multi-channel sequences page: “Alice handles email and social. Julian handles voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chatbot.” The same page describes automatic fallback across channels and channel selection by region.

11x’s outbound voice motion is scoped deliberately. Its consented outbound calling page is built around expansion, renewals and cross-sell into your existing base, and states: “Julian only contacts customers who opted in.” Cold dialling a prospected list is not published as a Julian use case on any 11x page we opened.

Integration depth is a genuine strength. The CRM integration page lists “Native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho connectors” with bi-directional sync and custom field mapping, and the API page documents webhooks and CRM-event triggers with, in their words, “Zero middleware.”

11x publishes prices, and that matters

Most AI SDR vendors hide behind “contact sales”. 11x does not, and buyers should credit it. Its Alice pricing page lists a Growth plan at “Starting at $3,750 / mo”, billed annually, covering up to 5 end users and 2,000 new prospects per month with managed Gmail mailboxes, warmup, inbox rotation and bi-directional CRM sync. Its own FAQ states: “11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan. Pro and Enterprise pricing is custom, based on contact volume, end users, and channels.” Pro adds “Multi-language Outreach (105+)”, and the commercial model is stated as “We charge per lead, not per send.” Onboarding runs from two weeks to “White-glove (4 weeks)” by tier.

The Julian pricing page is separate: Growth voice “Starting at $5,333 / mo” and Growth chat “Starting at $2,417 / mo”, both billed annually. Note the language ceiling on that entry tier — the Growth column lists “2 Languages”, Pro lists 10, Enterprise is custom — and that voice and accent cloning appear from Pro. If you want both workers, you are buying two line items.

Every tier on both pages ends in a “Talk to sales” button. There is no checkout, but the number you will be quoted from is on the page, which is more than most of this category offers.

Security

11x’s security page states: “Our SOC2 Type II certification validates our adherence to critical criteria including System Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. Annual audits verify our compliance – contact us to obtain the detailed report.” It also claims CASA Tier 3, GDPR data processing agreements for EU customers, CCPA alignment, and that “All data resides in AWS’ high-security facilities”. The enterprise page adds that 11x is “SOC 2 Type II certified, CASA Tier III compliant, and regularly penetration tested.” As with any vendor, including us, ask to see the report rather than relying on the badge.

Deployment onto customer-owned infrastructure — on-premise, private cloud or single-tenant — is not published on 11x’s security or enterprise pages. Neither is a customer-selectable data residency region.

What Zian AI is, and what it is not

Zian AI is an autonomous AI sales-agent platform. We sell a running outbound program, not a canvas you configure. Our agents make and take live phone calls and also run SMS, email and WhatsApp, in 30 or more languages, with voice cloning, research and knowledge-base lookups, integrations across HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel and Zapier, and private model deployment on customer infrastructure.

Two systems carry the load. SmartReach AI orchestrates which message goes out, on which channel and at what time, by country, industry and buyer profile, with follow-up pacing. PrecisionPitch AI continuously split-tests scripts and approaches against real success outcomes rather than open rates. That loop is our actual differentiator, and it is the thing we would ask you to test hardest — our thinking on how to run that test is in our guide to benchmarking AI SDR vendors.

The operating history behind it is first-party. We have been running outbound acquisition since 2017, at one point operating campaigns for roughly a hundred businesses in the same vertical simultaneously. The learning engine tracks around 420,000 data points across more than 10,000 leads a day. We have taken accounts from roughly 2% conversion to around 8%, and in some cases beaten a client’s existing system by five times.

Now the limitations, stated as bluntly as we state 11x’s. Zian is in partnership-application beta: no self-serve signup, no free trial, no published price list. We have published no security certification — no SOC 2, no ISO 27001. On that dimension 11x is ahead of us, and if a certification is a procurement gate at your company, this comparison ends here in 11x’s favour. Our beta model is a co-build partnership with a small number of teams, which is not the same thing as 11x’s reseller and referral partner program, even though both are called “partnership”.

The decision table

Dimension 11x (per 11x’s own pages, 30 Aug 2026) Zian AI

Outbound voice Julian, scoped to opted-in customers Cold and warm live calling
Inbound voice Yes — Julian answers and qualifies Customer Support Agent, 24/7
Languages “over 105” for Alice; Julian Growth lists 2, Pro 10 30+, with voice cloning
CRM Native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho; API + webhooks HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, Zapier; API
Published pricing Yes — Alice from $3,750/mo, Julian voice from $5,333/mo, billed annually No published pricing during beta
Buy it today Yes, via sales — “Talk to sales” on every tier No — application-gated beta

Deployment on your infrastructure Not published Private model deployment available
Onboarding 2 weeks standard, “White-glove (4 weeks)” Scoped in the partnership conversation

Choose 11x if any of these is true

  • Your pipeline motion is email and social at volume. That is what Alice is built and priced for, and 11x bundles the unglamorous parts — managed mailboxes, warmup, inbox rotation, deliverability monitoring — into the plan.
  • You need a vendor that survives procurement. SOC 2 Type II, CASA Tier 3, SSO, custom DPA and SLA at the Enterprise tier, plus a published price to anchor the negotiation.
  • Your CRM is the centre of gravity. Native Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho connectors with CRM-event triggers beat most of this category.
  • The problem is inbound speed-to-lead. Julian answering in seconds and transferring with context is a documented product, not a checkbox.
  • You want to buy this quarter. Zian cannot serve that. 11x can.

Choose Zian AI if any of these is true

  • Live conversation is the motion, not the follow-up. If meetings get set on a call rather than in a thread, you want outbound voice as the primary channel, and 11x’s own pages scope its outbound calling to opted-in customers.
  • You want the program designed as well as executed. 11x’s sequence builder page says “11x doesn’t create tasks for your team” and that your workers “execute it exactly as designed” — but you set the channels, timing, steps and fallbacks. With us the design and the ongoing optimisation sit on our side. Which model suits you is a real trade-off, and we unpack it in our AI SDR versus human SDR comparison.
  • Models have to run on your infrastructure. We offer private deployment; 11x does not publish one.
  • You are comparing more than two vendors. Start from our AI sales agent platform capability matrix rather than from any single vendor’s landing page.

FAQ

Does 11x publish its pricing?

Yes. The Alice pricing page lists a Growth plan “Starting at $3,750 / mo” billed annually and states “11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan.” Julian is priced separately, with Growth voice “Starting at $5,333 / mo”. Zian publishes no pricing during beta.

Can 11x cold-call prospects for me?

11x’s own pages scope its outbound calling narrowly. The consented outbound calling page covers cross-sell, upsell and renewals into your existing base and states “Julian only contacts customers who opted in.” Cold dialling a prospected list is not published as a supported use case on any 11x page we opened, and Alice is described as handling email and social.

How many languages does each platform support?

11x states “over 105 languages” for Alice on her product page, and lists “Multi-language Outreach (105+)” from the Pro tier on the Alice pricing page. Julian’s pricing page tiers languages differently: the Growth column lists 2, Pro lists 10, and Enterprise is custom. Zian supports 30 or more languages across phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp, with voice cloning.

What are the rules for AI agents making sales calls in Australia?

The same rules that apply to any telemarketer. The Australian Communications and Media Authority sets out the telemarketing rules, including permitted calling hours: telemarketing calls are allowed 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday, and are not allowed on Sunday. The ACMA also states: “They must not call on national public holidays.” Callers must identify themselves and their employer, say why they are calling, end the call if asked, and display caller ID with a return number. An AI agent does not change any of that — whichever vendor you pick, the obligation stays with you.

How should I pressure-test either vendor before I sign?

Ask both of us the same questions and compare the answers rather than the marketing. Ask for two live customer references in your segment and your region, and actually ring them. Ask for the security artefact rather than the badge — 11x’s security page says annual audits verify its compliance and to “contact us to obtain the detailed report”, and we have no certificate to send you at all. Ask what happens at the end of the term and get the exit written down. And agree the success metric before any pilot starts: meetings booked and held, not sends, opens or replies.

Does Zian have a security certification?

No. Zian has published no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestation, and we will not imply otherwise. What we offer instead is private model deployment on your own infrastructure, which is a different kind of control. If your procurement process requires a certificate, 11x publishes one and we do not.

Where to go from here

If your outbound problem is email and social at scale, with a CRM at the centre and a procurement team at the gate, 11x is the better fit and you can start on its pricing page today. If your problem is live conversation across phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp, optimised toward booked outcomes and run for you, that is what we build.

We are in partnership-application beta and take on a limited number of teams at a time. If that fits how you want to work, Apply For Partnership.
