11x vs AiSDR: Which AI SDR Fits Your Outbound?
11x lists Alice Growth at “Starting at $3,750 / mo” for “2,000 New Prospects per Month”. AiSDR lists Scale at “$2,500 /mo” for “2,500 AI-researched contacts/month”, both checked 6 September 2026. That reads as $1.88 a prospect against $1.00 a contact. It is not valid: the units differ, the contract terms differ, and neither page states a currency.
What each vendor actually sells
11x sells two “digital workers” as two line items. Its multi-channel sequences page splits them: “Alice handles email and social. Julian handles voice, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and chatbot.” Alice Growth is “Starting at $3,750 / mo”, “Billed annually”, for “Up to 5 End Users” and “2,000 New Prospects per Month”. Julian voice Growth is “Starting at $5,333 / mo”, chat “Starting at $2,417 / mo”. That channel list needs both workers.
AiSDR sells one product on three tiers scoped by contacts: Solo “$250 /mo” with “200 AI-researched contacts/month”, Explore “$900 /mo” with 800, Scale “$2,500 /mo” with “2,500 AI-researched contacts/month”. An annual toggle marked “-20%” shows “$2,400 /yr”, “$8,640 /yr” and “$24,000 /yr”. Terms read “All plans are billed monthly. Explore and Scale have quarterly contracts. Cancel anytime.”
Why the price comparison buyers attempt is structurally invalid
1. The billing units differ. 11x answers its own question “How does 11x price?” with “We charge per lead, not per send. Whether Alice runs three touchpoints or thirty, the price stays the same”, and repeats it as “pricing based on leads contacted, not messages sent”. AiSDR prices in “AI-researched contacts”, defined in its FAQ as “net-new leads AiSDR finds, qualifies, and enriches for you each month”. One is a lead you contact; the other is a lead sourced for you.
2. AiSDR’s own site describes the same plan in three units. The pricing page gives Explore as 800 AI-researched contacts a month. AiSDR’s own comparison page calls that tier “1,200 lead search credits and 1,200 AI messages per month included”. The pricing FAQ uses a third unit: “Can I send more messages than my plan includes?” If the denominator is unstable on one side, a per-unit price is not a measurement.
3. The commitment lengths differ. 11x Alice Growth is billed annually; AiSDR Solo runs month-to-month, Explore and Scale quarterly. The same-looking monthly figure carries a twelve-month obligation on one side, a one-month obligation on the other.
4. Neither card states a currency. Both show a bare “$”. 11x AI Inc. lists San Francisco and London addresses, AiSDR Inc. a San Francisco address. Suggestive, not stated — and for Australian buyers, the largest unknown.
5. One annual figure does not reconcile. The Alice card says “Starting at $3,750 / mo” and “Billed annually”; the FAQ on the same page says “11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan.” Twelve months at $3,750 is $45,000, a $9,000 gap. We quoted both in our Zian AI vs 11x post on 30 August 2026 without doing the multiplication. Ask 11x which governs.
How we checked each vendor’s claims about the other
Disclosure: Zian AI competes with both companies and this page is ours. Weigh it accordingly. The method follows how to read vendor comparison pages.
Both vendors publish a page about the other: 11x vs AiSDR and AiSDR vs 11x. We opened both as raw HTML, not through a summariser or an AI answer. Then we did the part most comparison posts skip: we re-verified each vendor’s factual claims about the other on the other vendor’s own pages. Subjective characterisations are not checkable against a primary source, so we set them aside.
Claim: AiSDR integrates with HubSpot only. 11x states “AiSDR only integrates with HubSpot – no Salesforce, Slack, calendar, or bi-directional syncing”, with a row reading “HubSpot only”. AiSDR’s own pricing page today lists “Native two-way Salesforce CRM sync” on Scale, “Calendly & HubSpot calendar integration”, and answers its integration FAQ with “Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Aircall, and Calendly”. On Salesforce, calendar and two-way sync the claim does not hold. On Slack, AiSDR’s pricing page states “24/7 Slack support” and “GTM Engineer support via Slack/email” — support channels, not a Slack integration, which it does not state either way.
Claim: AiSDR’s entry price is $300 for 1,300 emails and 300 leads. 11x states “Basic pricing starting at $300 for 1300 emails sent, limiting outreach to only 300 initial leads”. AiSDR’s own page today states Solo at “$250 /mo” with “200 AI-researched contacts/month”. Neither page says whether the 11x cell reflects an older list.
Claim: AiSDR has no SOC 2. 11x’s row reads “No SOC 2”. AiSDR’s own llms.txt states “AiSDR is SOC 2 certified” and it runs a trust centre at trust.aisdr.com. The claim does not hold. Ask for the report, not the badge.
Claim: 11x is custom enterprise pricing from around $4,000 a month. AiSDR shows an 11x card reading “$4,000+ /month” and “Custom enterprise pricing”, and its FAQ says 11x “uses custom enterprise pricing through their sales team, typically from around $4,000/month on an annual contract.” 11x does publish a Growth price: “Starting at $3,750 / mo”. The annual part holds; “custom” applies to Pro and Enterprise, not Growth.
Claims that survived, and one that half did. AiSDR’s account of 11x’s channels mostly matches 11x’s own page, but its row adds a “human dialer” we could not find published on any 11x page we opened, and it says LinkedIn where 11x says “social”. It also does not note the split across two priced workers — Alice Growth plus Julian voice Growth is $3,750 + $5,333 = $9,083 a month, our arithmetic. AiSDR’s “400M+ contacts” matches 11x’s own “400M+ verified B2B contact profiles”.
We also re-checked every figure in our 30 August 2026 posts on 11x and AiSDR. Nothing had moved: both Growth prices, Julian’s “2 Languages” row, the security page claims and AiSDR’s tier prices and volumes are unchanged, and we again found no language coverage published on the AiSDR pages we opened.

The one normalisation you can actually do
Compare twelve-month exposure against a unit each vendor defines. On AiSDR’s annual view, Scale is $24,000 for 30,000 contacts a year: $0.80 a contact, our arithmetic. On 11x’s Alice card, Growth annualises to $45,000 for 24,000 prospects, or $1.88; on its own FAQ figure of $36,000 it is $1.50. Add AiSDR’s optional managed service, “+$149/campaign” on Explore and “+$2,500/mo” on Scale.
Then push to cost per booked meeting, the only unit that survives both price lists. AiSDR publishes an expectation you can use: “So on average, you can expect 1-3 meetings for each 100 contacts.” Applied to Scale’s 2,500 contacts that is 25 to 75 meetings a month, or roughly $33 to $100 per booked meeting. 11x publishes relative deltas rather than an absolute conversion rate on the pages we opened, so the same sum cannot be completed. Ask both for it in writing before a pilot, using our guide to evaluating AI SDR vendors.
Which one fits which motion
Pick 11x if your outbound is email and social at volume, your CRM is Salesforce or Pipedrive, procurement wants a SOC 2 Type II certification on file, and you can carry an annual commitment. Pick AiSDR if you want to start this week without a sales call, HubSpot is your source of truth, and a month-to-month entry tier beats channel breadth. Neither holds a live outbound phone conversation as the primary motion: 11x scopes Julian to inbound and consented outbound, and AiSDR’s Aircall integration page states that AiSDR “automatically creates call tasks inside Aircall” and that your team then hits the call button itself.
That gap is where Zian AI sits, as the reference column rather than the subject here. Zian agents run live phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp outreach in 30+ languages with voice cloning; SmartReach AI orchestrates channel and timing by country, industry and profile, and PrecisionPitch AI split-tests scripts against real success outcomes. Stated as bluntly as we state theirs: Zian is in partnership-application beta, publishes no pricing and holds no security certification. If a certificate or a checkout is your gate, both vendors above clear it and we do not. For the wider field, see our capability matrix.
FAQ
Is 11x more expensive than AiSDR?
On published entry prices, yes: 11x Alice Growth starts at “$3,750 / mo” billed annually against AiSDR Solo at “$250 /mo”. The plans are not equivalent, so the ratio is meaningless. 11x Growth covers 2,000 prospects a month and AiSDR Solo 200 contacts, the vendors define those units differently, and 11x’s Julian is a separate line item from “$5,333 / mo”.
What is the difference between a “New Prospect” and an “AI-researched contact”?
Different definitions from different vendors. 11x states “We charge per lead, not per send”, so touchpoint count does not change the price. AiSDR defines AI-researched contacts as “net-new leads AiSDR finds, qualifies, and enriches for you each month”. The gap matters: AiSDR’s own pages describe the same $900 tier as 800 AI-researched contacts in one place and “1,200 lead search credits and 1,200 AI messages per month” in another.
What currency are these prices, and what does that mean for an Australian buyer?
Neither page states a currency; both show a bare “$”, and both companies list US addresses. If the figures are US dollars, apply the rate on the day you sign. The Reserve Bank of Australia publishes daily exchange rates, “published daily except on public and bank holidays observed in New South Wales”. Its latest figure, for 4 September 2026, is 0.7210 United States dollars per Australian dollar, so US$3,750 is about A$5,201 before card fees.
Which platform makes the outbound calls itself?
Neither, in the cold-calling sense. 11x assigns voice to Julian, priced separately from “$5,333 / mo”, and its consented outbound calling page states “Julian only contacts customers who opted in.” AiSDR’s Aircall integration page states AiSDR “automatically creates call tasks inside Aircall” and your team hits the call button. We covered both in Zian AI vs 11x and Zian AI vs AiSDR.
Where to go from here
Buy on twelve-month exposure per booked meeting, get the currency in writing, and make each vendor confirm what decrements your allowance. If your pipeline is won on a call rather than in an inbox, that is what Zian AI is built for.
