Quick answer: WAVV publishes US$99 (Single Line) and US$149 (Multi Line, up to 3 lines) a seat a month, or US$69.30 and US$104.30 billed annually; it runs inside a CRM such as HighLevel or HubSpot, for US and Canadian numbers only. Kixie quotes seats per team, dials up to 4 lines on its pricing page (up to 10 in its help centre) and adds IVR. As at 4 November 2026.
“Kixie vs WAVV” is a choice between two shapes of product. WAVV is an embedded power dialler: you install it from the GoHighLevel (HighLevel) App Marketplace or the HubSpot Marketplace, or switch it on inside REDX, PropertyRadar or Wise Agent. Kixie is a sales phone system that connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and HighLevel, with inbound IVR and call queues. Both sell local presence, spam-label tools, A2P 10DLC texting and AI call analysis, and on telemarketing calls both come under the FCC’s abandoned-call rule in 47 CFR 64.1200 once more than one line rings per rep. Every vendor fact comes from WAVV’s and Kixie’s own pages, read on 4 November 2026, in US dollars.
Where Zian fits before you choose Kixie or WAVV
If leads never get called back, or inbound calls ring out while reps dial, choose the AI agent layer before adding dialler seats. Zian AI is an AI sales and reception agents platform: its agents answer inbound calls 24/7 as an AI receptionist that qualifies callers, books appointments, transfers calls and takes messages, and they run outbound follow-up by voice calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger.
A power dialler makes one rep faster; Zian’s agents place the calls themselves, handle answering machines and voicemail, work in 30+ languages, and connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel and Zapier. Zian’s home page reports 28x more contact attempts, a 926% increase in follow-ups and AI that books 40+ meetings/week for many teams.
Zian is not the only AI caller here: Kixie’s Follow-Up AI Agent, in beta, calls contacts back after a chosen disposition; we could not find one in WAVV’s 224 site and help pages, as at 4 November 2026. The FCC has found that AI technologies that generate human voices fall within the TCPA, so use any AI caller only on consented leads.
The honest limit: Zian is in a partnership-application beta with no published prices; each of its three listed plans, including Intel + Widgets (Free Forever), starts with a partnership application. If you would rather have appointment setting run for you, LeadsNow.ai is the done-for-you option: a pay-per-result AI appointment-setting service that runs on Zian, answers leads in under 60 seconds, 24/7, and has set 50,769+ appointments.
Kixie vs WAVV: the shortlist
Rows 1 and 2 are our picks for reaching every lead without adding headcount. Rows 3 and 4 are the head-to-head, unranked against each other because the right one depends on your CRM and where you dial.
| # | Tool | What it is | Who places the call | Published price, as at 4 November 2026 |

| Spam-label remediation | Number Health Reputation Manager: US$50 a month per ConnectionBoost user plus US$1 a month per number, with First Orion registration; its ConnectionBoost article says “contact your sales rep” | Spam Protection included on every plan: registration with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile (about 1–5 days) and flag remediation, whose timing WAVV says it does not control; US businesses with an SSN or EIN only |
| SMS | Text messaging and Team SMS on all three plans; US$0.011 a text to US and Canadian numbers, inbound free | WAVV Messenger on WAVV numbers after A2P 10DLC (US$19 registration fee, plus a campaign maintenance fee and “a small per-message cost” not priced on its pages); approval “often” 10–15 days |
| Inbound calls | IVR auto-attendant, ring groups, call queues, call recording and rule-based routing on all three plans | Browser call pop, voicemail or a specific phone number, with missed-call and unknown-caller destinations |
| AI features | AI Dashboard on all plans; Conversation Intelligence add-on; AI Human Voice Detection; Follow-Up AI Agent (beta, per business) | Call transcription and AI summary; Call Quality Scoring with AI Insights (1–5 scores); Answer Boost; an AI assistant for the A2P form |
| CRM integrations | Native HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Copper, BoomTown and more; Zapier; API and webhooks | HighLevel, HubSpot, REDX, PropertyRadar, Wise Agent; public API and webhooks; a Zapier app that can update “HubSpot, Salesforce or any other CRM in Zapier”. One WAVV account “works with one CRM at a time” |
| Do-not-call tools | DNC Algorithm add-on, US$20 a month per user (“Professional plan only”), blocks numbers “likely” on the registry | Internal DNC list; press-1 IVR opt-out; terms make the client “purchase and scrub against applicable state and federal DNC lists” |
| Calling-hours tools | PowerList Target Hours dial only in the contact’s time zone, derived from the area code; call intervals, attempt limits and “Do Not Call Sooner Than” deferral | Timezone Protection by area code (not the CRM time-zone field); Nuisance Protection wait times |
| Trial | 7 days, no credit card | 7 days; US$10 of Wallet funds during the trial |
| Cancellation and refunds | No minimum term on a standard account; no refunds once charged; contract accounts downgrade only in the last 30 days of the term | Cancel any time, access to the end of the cycle; refund only if asked within 7 days of the latest charge with no calls or texts in those 7 days, once per account; cancelling the CRM “does NOT automatically cancel” WAVV |
In one line: WAVV fits a team inside HighLevel or HubSpot that dials North American numbers and wants a printed price; Kixie fits a team that needs an IVR, uses Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho, or dials abroad.
How WAVV is sold: inside the CRM, billed by WAVV
WAVV is easy to mistake for a CRM feature. Its help centre says adding the app in GoHighLevel is free, but “payment is all done through WAVV”, and that cancelling your CRM account “does NOT automatically cancel your WAVV subscription”. It adds that its diallers “bypass LC charges”.
The HubSpot listing, read through a text reader, shows “Starts at $99 /month”, a 7-day free trial and “90+ installs” (pricing last updated 28 October 2026). We could not read the HighLevel Marketplace listing, which returned a JavaScript shell and a CAPTCHA warning, so WAVV prices here come from its plans-page data and its 24 September 2026 pricing article, which agree.
Three WAVV rules matter before you buy. One WAVV account works with one CRM at a time, so moving from GoHighLevel to HubSpot means a new account and new numbers. Numbers and texting run through a prepaid, non-refundable Wallet whose auto-recharge cannot be turned off. And WAVV prints prices with a dollar sign but no currency code; it is a Utah company under Utah-law terms, so we read them as US dollars.
Kixie is sold by trial and quote. Its Facts for AI Systems page asks readers to link the pricing page “rather than quoting a price”, while FAQ data inside that pricing page quotes US$30 a month a user for unlimited US and Canada minutes. We print both and treat the seat price as unknown until Kixie quotes you.
Single-line or multi-line: Kixie’s 4 lines against WAVV’s 3
On one line, Kixie and WAVV do the same job; on several they differ. Kixie’s pricing page sells a Multi-Line PowerDialer that can “PowerDial up to 4 lines simultaneously”. Its PowerLists help article lists PowerDialer 10 (“up to 10 numbers at a time”) as a Professional add-on, and AI Human Detect “dynamically adjusts” the count. Ask Kixie which ceiling your quote carries. WAVV’s Multi Line plan stops at 3 lines per seat.
The settings differ more. WAVV plays a “Callback message” to a second person who answers, then rings them back as a priority callback, and offers an “IVR Opt-Out (Press 1 to Stop Calls)” that adds them to the do-not-contact list. Against that, WAVV says “Some people record a few seconds of silence” as the callback message, and with no message set, “extra calls will simply disconnect”.
We could not find a Kixie setting that plays a message to a dropped second answer in its 255 help-centre articles, as at 4 November 2026; Kixie’s own 21 October 2026 blog post says that person hears “silence, a recording, or a disconnect, depending on how the platform was configured”.
Answering-machine detection adds delay on both. WAVV says Answer Boost causes “a slight delay and the lead doesn’t hear you after the first, ‘Hello?’”. Kixie lets you set AI Human Detect’s decision time from 2 to 5 seconds and says accuracy “increases significantly” at 3 seconds. The US rule below counts from the end of the greeting. How many lines your answer rate can carry is worked through in our Kixie vs PhoneBurner comparison of single-line and multi-line dialling.
Rather have every lead called and every callback answered? Zian’s AI agents place outbound calls, answer inbound calls 24/7 as an AI receptionist, and follow up by SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Apply For Partnership
What does the 3% abandoned-call rule say for multi-line diallers?
For US telemarketing calls, 47 CFR 64.1200(a)(7) bars a caller from abandoning “more than three percent of all telemarketing calls that are answered live by a person, as measured over a 30-day period for a single calling campaign.” If a campaign runs longer, the rate is calculated separately “for each successive 30-day period or portion thereof”. A call is abandoned “if it is not connected to a live sales representative within two (2) seconds of the called person’s completed greeting.”
The same paragraph has four more limbs. When no rep is free within those two seconds, the telemarketer or seller must provide a prerecorded identification and opt-out message limited to saying the call was for “telemarketing purposes”, naming the business and giving a telephone number (not a 900 number or one charging more than local or long-distance rates) for do-not-call requests during regular business hours for the duration of the campaign. It must also provide an automated voice or key-press opt-out, with brief instructions, that records the number on the seller’s do-not-call list and immediately ends the call. A telemarketing call that delivers a prerecorded message to a residential line, or to a mobile or other line listed in (a)(1)(i) to (iii), made with prior express written consent, is not abandoned if the message begins within two seconds. The seller or telemarketer must keep records proving compliance, and calls by or for tax-exempt nonprofits are not covered.
Paragraph (a)(6) bars disconnecting “an unanswered telemarketing call prior to at least 15 seconds or four (4) rings”. WAVV’s ring timeout is set in seconds, with 20 to 35 recommended, but its beta Double Dial sets it to “3”: check that against (a)(6) before using Double Dial on telemarketing calls. Kixie’s PowerList timeout defaults to 30 seconds.
The FTC’s Telemarketing Sales Rule has a parallel ban at 16 CFR 310.4(b)(1)(iv), with a safe harbour in 310.4(b)(4) needing all four of: no more than 3% abandonment per campaign or 30-day period, a 15-second or four-ring wait, a recorded message with the seller’s name and telephone number, and records. On a telemarketing call, a silent callback message meets neither the FCC’s identification and opt-out message requirement nor the TSR safe harbour’s recorded-message condition. This is a reading of the text, not legal advice. Our guide to US cold-calling rules under the TCPA covers consent, the Do Not Call Registry and calling hours.
What an hour of dialling costs on Kixie and WAVV
This worked calculation prices one rep dialling 4 hours a day for 21 days (84 dialling hours a month) at a loaded cost of US$25 an hour. Dial rates are WAVV’s published averages, 75 calls an hour on one line (the bottom of “75-150”) and 150 on three (“150+”), applied to Kixie too because Kixie publishes none. The 3% and 6% human answer rates are our assumptions; lines answer independently and only the first answer in each round reaches the rep. Numbers follow WAVV’s sizing formula of about 100 calls per number per day (3 for one line, 6 for three, one free, the rest US$1 a month). Both vendors sell unlimited US and Canadian minutes on these plans, so no per-minute billing increment enters the sum.
| WAVV plan, billed monthly | Answer rate | Conversations reaching the rep a month | Live answers dropped | Software a month (seat + numbers) | Software per dialling hour | Software per conversation | All-in per conversation (with US$2,100 labour) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single Line (1 line) | 3% | 189 | 0% | US$101 | US$1.20 | US$0.53 | US$11.65 |
| Single Line (1 line) | 6% | 378 | 0% | US$101 | US$1.20 | US$0.27 | US$5.82 |
| Multi Line (3 lines) | 3% | 367 | 2.97% | US$154 | US$1.83 | US$0.42 | US$6.15 |
| Multi Line (3 lines) | 6% | 712 | 5.9% | US$154 | US$1.83 | US$0.22 | US$3.17 |
Billed annually, the same seats cost US$71.30 and US$109.30 a month with numbers, or US$0.85 and US$1.30 per dialling hour. Labour is 93% to 97% of every row, so the seat price barely moves the cost of a conversation. Three lines roughly halve the all-in cost per conversation, but stay inside the 3% limit only at the 3% answer rate: at 6%, 5.9% of live answers find no rep free.
Kixie has no published seat price, so here is the price to beat. Under the same inputs a Kixie rep has the same conversations, so after Kixie’s own US$5-a-month extra numbers, Kixie is cheaper per conversation only with an all-in quote under about US$91 a month against WAVV Single Line billed monthly on one line, or under about US$129 against WAVV Multi Line billed monthly on three; against WAVV billed annually the bars fall to about US$61 and US$84. These figures are our arithmetic, not Kixie prices.
The One-Tenth Test: when the seat price should not decide
The One-Tenth Test: divide a dialler seat’s all-in monthly cost by the rep’s dialling hours; if the result is under one tenth of the rep’s hourly cost, choose on CRM fit, lines per rep and compliance settings, not on price. It is our own rule, not a vendor or FCC figure.
At 84 dialling hours and US$25 an hour, the pass mark is US$210 a seat a month (0.10 × US$25 × 84). Every WAVV plan passes: the dearest, Multi Line billed monthly with six numbers, is US$1.83 an hour, 7.3% of the rep’s hour. A Kixie quote passes if seat, add-ons and usage stay under US$210, or under US$160 for seat and numbers if it includes the US$50 Reputation Manager.
| Dialling hours a rep a month | Rep cost US$20 an hour | US$25 an hour | US$35 an hour | US$50 an hour |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | US$80 | US$100 | US$140 | US$200 |
| 84 | US$168 | US$210 | US$294 | US$420 |
| 120 | US$240 | US$300 | US$420 | US$600 |
Each cell is the most a seat can cost a month, all-in, before price should matter. A part-time caller on 40 hours at US$20 an hour has a US$80 pass mark: WAVV Single Line fails at US$99 monthly and passes at US$69.30 billed annually, so that rep should choose on billing term.
Local presence and spam labels: what each vendor actually does
WAVV includes Spam Protection on every plan: it registers your numbers with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile and starts remediation when a carrier flags one. WAVV says registration takes about 1–5 days, that it “has no control over how long remediation takes”, and that Spam Protection “doesn’t guarantee” flags will never appear. It needs a US business with an SSN or EIN; Canadian business numbers are “Not yet” supported.
Kixie sells this as add-ons. ConnectionBoost rotates local numbers, and its Number Health Reputation Manager, at US$50 a month per ConnectionBoost user plus US$1 a month per number, retires numbers on a trailing 30-day view and registers them with First Orion. Kixie’s help article says most nationwide teams need about 350 numbers (“~$400/month total”), while its ConnectionBoost article says to “contact your sales rep” for pricing. Kixie also lists local numbers in Australia, the UK and other countries. The carrier layer underneath both is explained in how STIR/SHAKEN works and what A, B and C attestation mean.
Texting, inbound calls and AI features on Kixie and WAVV
Texting is included on every Kixie plan, at US$0.011 a text to US and Canadian numbers, with Team SMS for shared numbers. WAVV Messenger sends from WAVV numbers after A2P 10DLC registration (a US$19 fee, approval “often” in 10 to 15 days), with one campaign per brand and no group messaging. In HighLevel, WAVV says Messenger texts “don’t appear in the GHL conversation panel”. See how long A2P 10DLC registration takes for the carrier side.
Inbound is the clearest gap. Kixie includes an IVR auto-attendant, ring groups, call queues and rule-based routing on all three plans; WAVV routes inbound calls to a browser call pop, voicemail or one phone number. That suits callbacks to a solo rep, not a front desk.
On AI, both analyse calls; Kixie publishes an AI agent that calls, in beta, and we could not find one in WAVV’s 224 site and help pages, as at 4 November 2026. WAVV offers transcripts, AI summaries and Call Quality Scoring from 1 to 5 on measures such as conversion probability and rapport. Kixie includes an AI Dashboard on all plans and sells Conversation Intelligence as an add-on.
Which one should you choose?
| Your situation | Pick | Why, from the vendors’ own pages |
|---|---|---|
| Team works inside HighLevel, dials US numbers, outbound only | WAVV | Embedded in HighLevel, published seat prices, Spam Protection included, unlimited minutes |
| Team on HubSpot wanting a dialler on the contact record | Either | WAVV embeds via the HubSpot Marketplace and Chrome extension; Kixie has a native HubSpot integration and inbound routing |
| CRM is Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho | Kixie | Native integrations; we could not find a native WAVV integration for these, though its Zapier app can update Salesforce |
| Same numbers must take inbound calls through a menu or queue | Kixie | IVR, ring groups and call queues on all plans |
| You call Australia, the UK or elsewhere outside North America | Kixie | WAVV supports US and Canadian numbers only; Kixie publishes per-minute rates by country |
| You need a price before a sales call | WAVV | WAVV prints every tier; Kixie quotes seats per team |
| Leads go uncalled, or callbacks go unanswered | Zian, or LeadsNow.ai done for you | An AI agent places calls and answers inbound calls 24/7, so headcount does not cap coverage |
Who each is wrong for: WAVV is wrong for a team that needs an IVR, dials outside North America, or keeps its CRM in Salesforce. Kixie is wrong for a buyer who needs a fixed published seat price before talking to sales. Zian is wrong for a buyer who needs a published price today, because it is in a partnership-application beta. LeadsNow.ai is wrong for a team that wants to run its own dialling in-house.
What changed at Kixie and WAVV in the last 90 days
WAVV’s 24 September 2026 pricing update kept the US$99 and US$149 seat prices, added quarterly and annual terms and volume tiers, and folded Spam Protection into every plan. Its Wallet was announced on 29 July 2026, call-board bulk actions arrived in October, and new terms of service took effect on 22 September 2026.
Kixie published its AI Dashboard article on 31 August 2026 and its Follow-Up AI Agent article on 29 September, updated its Kixie vs WAVV page on 7 October and posted its multi-line abandonment arithmetic on 21 October.
How we compared them
Disclosure: zian.ai publishes this comparison and appears in it. Zian is ranked first by editorial policy as the platform pick, on its published capabilities only, and LeadsNow.ai, which runs on Zian, second as the done-for-you pick; Kixie and WAVV are unranked against each other. On 4 November 2026 we read every page in WAVV’s sitemap (64) and help centre (160), all 255 Kixie help articles, both pricing pages including their embedded data, and each vendor’s terms and integration pages. Each vendor’s page about the other was not used for the rival’s facts, and the cost model’s inputs are labelled assumptions.

Kixie vs WAVV: frequently asked questions
Is Kixie or WAVV cheaper?
WAVV publishes US$99 a seat a month for Single Line and US$149 for Multi Line, or US$69.30 and US$104.30 a month billed annually. Kixie does not publish seat prices. On our model of 84 dialling hours (our arithmetic, not a Kixie price), Kixie is cheaper per conversation only if its all-in seat quote is under about US$91 against Single Line billed monthly, or US$129 against Multi Line billed monthly (about US$61 and US$84 against annual billing).
How many lines can Kixie and WAVV dial at once?
WAVV’s Multi Line plan dials up to 3 lines per seat. Kixie’s pricing page says its Multi-Line PowerDialer dials up to 4 lines, while its help centre lists a PowerDialer 10 add-on and an AI Human Detect mode that dials up to 10 numbers at a time.
Does WAVV work outside HighLevel?
Yes, in HubSpot through the HubSpot Marketplace and a Chrome extension, and inside REDX, PropertyRadar and Wise Agent. A WAVV account works with one CRM at a time. We could not find a native WAVV integration for Salesforce, though its Zapier app can update a Salesforce record after each call.
Can Kixie or WAVV call Australian numbers?
WAVV says it supports phone numbers with US and Canadian area codes and “does not support phone numbers from countries outside the US and Canada”. Kixie can, at per-minute rates such as US$0.033 a minute to most Australian landlines and US$0.098 to most mobile prefixes.
What does the 3% abandoned-call rule mean for a multi-line dialler?
For US telemarketing calls, 47 CFR 64.1200(a)(7) bars abandoning more than 3% of calls answered live by a person, measured over a 30-day period per campaign and separately for each further 30-day period. A call is abandoned if no live sales representative is connected within two seconds of the completed greeting; a prerecorded identification message and an automated opt-out must then play, and records must be kept. Consented prerecorded-message calls and tax-exempt nonprofits have their own carve-outs.
Does Kixie or WAVV have an AI agent that makes calls?
Kixie has a Follow-Up AI Agent in beta, turned on per business, that calls contacts back after a chosen disposition and says it is an AI assistant. We could not find one at WAVV, whose AI scores and summarises recorded calls.
