Quick answer: JustCall and CloudTalk list identical seat prices on matched tiers: US$29 and US$49 a user a month billed annually (US$39 and US$69 monthly). The meters decide. CloudTalk’s AI receptionist costs US$99 for 200 minutes against US$198 at JustCall’s published US$0.99 a minute, but US-billed CloudTalk accounts pay an 11% fee on software. For AI agents that answer and follow up, start with Zian. Prices as at 2 November 2026.
This page compares JustCall (justcall.io) with CloudTalk (cloudtalk.io). Both are cloud phone systems for sales and support teams, and both sell an AI voice agent that answers calls. Every vendor fact below comes from JustCall’s and CloudTalk’s own pricing pages, product pages, help centres and changelogs, read on 2 November 2026, in US dollars unless marked A$ or €.
Where Zian fits next to JustCall or CloudTalk
If the real problem is calls that go unanswered and leads nobody calls back, choose the AI agent layer first and the phone system second. Zian AI is an AI sales and reception agents platform: its agents answer inbound calls 24/7 as an AI receptionist that qualifies callers, books appointments, transfers calls and takes messages, and they place outbound calls and follow up by SMS, email and WhatsApp.
The same agents hold conversations in Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, handle answering machines and voicemail, work in 30+ languages, and connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel, Zapier and an API. Zian’s home page reports a 2,736% increase in lead contact rates, 28x more contact attempts, and AI that books 40+ meetings/week for many teams.
Zian is not the only AI receptionist on this page. JustCall’s AI Voice Agent “Books meetings, sends texts, and hands off with relevant context”, and CloudTalk’s AI Receptionist “books appointments live” and routes callers in 70+ languages. The difference is scope: those agents run on that vendor’s numbers, billed by the minute, while Zian’s agents cover inbound calls and outbound follow-up across all the channels above.
The honest limit: Zian is in a partnership-application beta with no published prices; each of its three listed plans, including Intel + Widgets (Free Forever), starts with a partnership application. If you would rather have the work done for you, LeadsNow.ai is the done-for-you option: a managed, pay-per-result AI appointment-setting service that runs on Zian, answers leads in under 60 seconds, 24/7, and has set 50,769+ appointments.
JustCall vs CloudTalk: the shortlist
Rows 1 and 2 are our picks when the job is answering and following up without adding headcount. Rows 3 and 4 are the head-to-head, not ranked against each other; the decision table splits them by situation.

JustCall vs CloudTalk pricing, plan by plan
The table lists each vendor’s US-dollar list prices. JustCall’s come from its pricing page’s own price data and its pricing guide; CloudTalk’s from its pricing page, its machine-readable pricing.md (updated 20 October 2026) and its plans article. CloudTalk states that prices “are listed in EUR; visitors outside Europe see the same figures in USD”.
| Plan | Annual billing, per user a month | Monthly billing, per user a month | Minimum users | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CloudTalk Starter | US$25 | US$34 | 1 | Calling, call flow designer, recording, click-to-call; no SMS, no integrations or API |

| JustCall SalesPro | Request a quote | Request a quote | 2 | Sales Dialer with predictive dialler up to 10 lines, answering machine detection, automatic voicemail drop |
Four limbs change the totals. Minimums: CloudTalk’s pricing FAQ says it “requires a minimum of one user for their basic plans” and “for the Expert plan, there is a minimum requirement of three users”, while JustCall’s licence guide says it does “not offer single-user or single-seat plans”. Commitment: CloudTalk’s annual plan “comes with a 12-month commitment”, and it “doesn’t offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused time”; JustCall refunds only a duplicate payment or a charge made by mistake after cancellation. Fees: CloudTalk adds an 11% Compliance and Administrative Cost Recovery Fee for customers billed in the United States (in Canada from 2 December 2026). Fair use: JustCall’s unlimited calling cannot be used “for large-scale calling such as call centers or telemarketing”, and CloudTalk’s fair-use limit is 10,000 minutes a user a month for US and Canada calling and 3,000 for most other destinations, beyond which minutes are billed from credit.
Annual billing saves 26.5% on CloudTalk Starter, 25.6% on Essential and 29.0% on Expert (CloudTalk rounds this to “≈ 30% off”); on JustCall it saves 25.6% on Team, 29.0% on Pro and 18.3% on Pro Plus.
Outside the US the two diverge. CloudTalk shows Australian visitors the same US-dollar figures and bundles 500 Australian outbound minutes a user on Starter, 1,000 on Essential and unlimited on Expert, each with unlimited US and Canada calling. JustCall bills Australians in its own currency: Team A$45, Pro A$75 and Pro Plus A$145 a user a month annual (A$60, A$105, A$175 monthly), with 1,000 Australian outbound minutes and no SMS segments on Team. In euros, JustCall Team is €30 annual against CloudTalk Essential at €29.
The Same-Seat Rule: why the meters decide JustCall vs CloudTalk
The Same-Seat Rule: on the two matched tiers, JustCall and CloudTalk charge exactly the same per seat on both billing cycles. JustCall Team and CloudTalk Essential are both US$29 annual and US$39 monthly; JustCall Pro and CloudTalk Expert are both US$49 annual and US$69 monthly. So seats cannot decide. Three metered lines do: AI voice agent minutes, messaging, and CloudTalk’s US cost-recovery fee.
The AI line favours CloudTalk. At 200 AI-answered minutes a month, CloudTalk’s AI Receptionist bundle is US$99; JustCall’s cheapest published route is US$198, whether as 200 × US$0.99 pay-as-you-go or as the US$99 100-minute bundle plus 100 overage minutes at US$0.99. At 1,000 minutes the gap widens to US$299 against US$942 (JustCall’s US$249 300-minute bundle plus 700 × US$0.99), before any JustCall volume quote.
The fee line favours JustCall for US-billed teams. CloudTalk’s 11% applies to “the software part of your subscription”, so on Essential with a US$9 Conversation Intelligence seat it adds 0.11 × US$38 = US$4.18 a seat a month. A US$99 AI saving covers that up to 23.7 seats, so with summaries on every seat JustCall Team is the lower bill from 24 seats up; on the sales tier (0.11 × US$58 = US$6.38 a seat) JustCall Pro is lower from 16 seats up. Billed outside the US and Canada, with no fee, CloudTalk is US$99 a month lower at every size in this scenario.
The messaging line runs the other way again. JustCall Team includes 500 SMS segments a licence in the US region, so a 20-seat Team account pools 10,000 segments a month. CloudTalk says “There is no SMS bundle or package”: every message is charged from credit.
AI receptionist and voice agent pricing on JustCall and CloudTalk
Both vendors split AI into help for people on calls (JustCall’s AI Review Assist and coaching; CloudTalk’s Conversation Intelligence) and a voice agent that handles the call itself.
| AI feature | JustCall | CloudTalk |
|---|---|---|
| Voice agent pricing | Add-on on every plan: US$0.99 a minute pay-as-you-go, 100 minutes for US$99 or 300 for US$249 a month (product page); “Volume discounts down to $0.15/min” (pricing page) | AI Receptionist: 200 minutes US$99, 500 US$199, 1,000 US$299, 2,500 US$699 a month; AI Specialist: 1,000 minutes US$349, 2,500 US$749, 5,000 US$1,249; above 10,000 minutes “as low as” 0.15 a minute |
| Overage | US$0.99 a minute, deducted from credits; unused minutes do not carry over | Usage above the prepaid package “is charged from credit”; we could not find a per-minute overage figure, as at 2 November 2026 |
| Free test minutes | 100 (pricing page and help centre); 30 (product-page FAQ) | 50, within a 14-day trial |
| Languages | 14, switching mid-call | 70+ languages and accents |
| Booking | Books meetings, sends texts, transfers | Books via Google or Outlook; “Coming soon: Appointment scheduling via SMS links” |
| Outbound AI calls | Outbound AI Voice Agent for consented leads; must be enabled on the account first | AI Specialist plans are pitched for outbound; VoiceAgent calls can be triggered from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zapier and others |
| Call summaries for human calls | Included on Pro Plus; on Team and Pro through AI Review Assist, US$9 a user a month | Conversation Intelligence add-on on every plan: 9 a user a month on the pricing page (CI Basic); CI Plus €19 in the help centre; usage above its included limits is charged from credit |
| Live help on calls | Real-time agent assist (AI) included on Pro Plus (US$89); live call monitoring from Pro | Live call monitoring (listen, whisper, barge) on Expert; we could not find a real-time AI assist in its plan table or Conversation Intelligence plans, as at 2 November 2026 |
Two of JustCall’s own pages disagree on the voice agent. Its AI Voice Agent page prints US$0.99 a minute and the US$99 and US$249 bundles, while its AI Voice Agent pricing article says “Please connect with Sales/Account Manager team for tailored price”, and the pricing page’s voice-agent card now shows only the US$0.15 volume floor. Its trial allowance is 100 free minutes on the pricing page and in the help centre, but 30 minutes in one product-page FAQ. JustCall also says “you’ll still need an active JustCall subscription” to use the voice agent.
CloudTalk has its own limbs. Its VoiceAgents guide says the feature “is currently not available for all accounts”, and its AI Voice Agent page quotes enterprise rates “as low as $0.10 to $0.15 per minute” where the pricing page says 0.15. US customers also pay the 11% fee on the software subscription; CloudTalk does not say whether that includes AI Voice Agent bundles, so our bill leaves the AI line out of the fee. If it does apply, CloudTalk’s side rises by US$10.89 a month and the break-evens fall to 22 seats on the entry tier and 14 on the sales tier.
Want calls answered and leads chased? Zian’s AI agents answer inbound calls 24/7 as an AI receptionist, place outbound calls, and follow up by SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger, with HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel and Zapier integrations.
Which dialler comes with which plan on JustCall and CloudTalk?
For one-line power dialling the two are level at US$49: JustCall’s power dialler starts on Pro, and CloudTalk includes power dialling in Expert. CloudTalk also sells it to Starter and Essential seats for US$15 a user a month; JustCall’s plan comparison lists no power dialler on Team, apart from the Sales Dialer trial balance. For multi-line dialling, CloudTalk’s published price is lower: its Parallel add-on is US$39 a user a month on any plan, while JustCall’s pricing page sells SalesPro by quote and its help centre lists a SalesPro Lite variant at US$79 a user a month billed annually (US$99 monthly) with a 3,000-minute allowance. The same article describes SalesPro Lite as part of a migration of legacy dialler customers to standardised plans, so ask JustCall whether it is offered to a new account.
| Dialling mode | JustCall | CloudTalk |
|---|---|---|
| Power (one line, sequential) | Pro, Pro Plus, Business and SalesPro; Team only up to the trial campaign balance | Included on Expert; US$15 a user a month add-on on Starter and Essential |
| Predictive or parallel (multi-line) | SalesPro, by quote: “Predictive/parallel dialer” up to 10 lines; Pro, Pro Plus and Business only up to the trial campaign balance; SalesPro Lite US$79 annual | Parallel add-on US$39 a user a month on any plan; help centre says up to 5 lines; product page says 2 to 5 lines per campaign, “up to 10 if requested”; pricing page says “up to 10 lines” |
| Answering machine detection | SalesPro | Parallel add-on (“voicemail detection”) |
| CRM-list dialling | Dynamic dialler on SalesPro | Smart Dialer on Expert |
CloudTalk’s rebuilt AI Sales Dialer became available from 28 September 2026 “alongside your current dialer”, and its plans article says it is “being rolled out account by account”. Each agent who runs parallel campaigns needs a Parallel Calling seat, and “Seats are assigned by CloudTalk, not self-serve”. JustCall’s Sales Dialer article says Pro, Pro Plus and Business accounts can create predictive and dynamic campaigns only from their remaining trial balance, and then must upgrade to SalesPro. For when a multi-line dialler or an AI agent fits the job better, see our guide to AI phone agents versus predictive diallers.
What 5 and 20 seats cost each month on JustCall and CloudTalk: the worked bill
List prices only, computed by script, as at 2 November 2026, in US dollars a month on annual billing, before taxes (US sales tax on JustCall; taxes and a Universal Service Fund fee on CloudTalk), numbers, international calls and messages. The scenario: a US-billed team, call summaries on every seat, and an AI receptionist answering 200 minutes a month (roughly 67 three-minute calls). Comparable plans are paired at the same seat price: JustCall Team with CloudTalk Essential, and JustCall Pro with CloudTalk Expert, the tiers where each vendor’s power dialler sits.
| Line | Calculation | 5 seats a month | 20 seats a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| JustCall Team seats | US$29 × seats | US$145.00 | US$580.00 |
| JustCall AI Review Assist (summaries) | US$9 × seats | US$45.00 | US$180.00 |
| JustCall AI Voice Agent, 200 minutes | 200 × US$0.99 | US$198.00 | US$198.00 |
| JustCall Team total | Sum of the three lines | US$388.00 | US$958.00 |
| CloudTalk Essential seats | US$29 × seats | US$145.00 | US$580.00 |
| CloudTalk Conversation Intelligence (summaries) | US$9 × seats | US$45.00 | US$180.00 |
| CloudTalk AI Receptionist, 200 minutes | Bundle | US$99.00 | US$99.00 |
| CloudTalk 11% US fee | 0.11 × (seats + Conversation Intelligence) | US$20.90 | US$83.60 |
| CloudTalk Essential total | Sum of the four lines | US$309.90 | US$942.60 |
| JustCall Pro total | (US$49 + US$9) × seats + US$198 | US$488.00 | US$1,358.00 |
| CloudTalk Expert total | (US$49 + US$9) × seats × 1.11 + US$99 | US$420.90 | US$1,386.60 |
At 5 seats CloudTalk is the lower bill on both tiers: US$309.90 against US$388.00 at the entry tier, and US$420.90 against US$488.00 at the sales tier. At 20 seats the order splits: CloudTalk Essential is US$15.40 lower than JustCall Team, but JustCall Pro is US$28.60 lower than CloudTalk Expert, because the 11% fee grows with every seat while the AI saving stays at US$99.
Swap in your own numbers. Billed outside the US and Canada, drop the fee line: CloudTalk is then US$99 lower at both sizes. Raise the AI receptionist to 1,000 minutes and CloudTalk’s line becomes US$299 against JustCall’s US$942, unless JustCall’s sales team quotes a volume rate. Numbers are left out: JustCall includes two numbers per account (each up to US$6 a month), and CloudTalk’s coverage page lists numbers from US$6 a month. If you text heavily, JustCall’s bundled segments will move the order back towards JustCall, because every CloudTalk message is billed from credit.
SMS, WhatsApp and number coverage on JustCall and CloudTalk
Texting is bundled on JustCall and metered on CloudTalk. JustCall includes 500 SMS segments a licence on Team and 1,000 on Pro and Pro Plus in the US region, pooled across the account; workflow, bulk-campaign, CRM-automation and SMS-bot messages are charged from credits. CloudTalk’s messaging pricing article says SMS, MMS and WhatsApp “are not included in your subscription”, inbound SMS costs US$0.008 a fragment, and outbound rates vary by country and come from Support or your pricing agreement. SMS is on CloudTalk Essential and Expert, not Starter.
WhatsApp sits at different tiers. JustCall’s WhatsApp page puts it on Team and above, says Meta charges separately, and says “JustCall does not add per-message fees on top of the subscription”; its plan comparison lists 500 free conversations on Team and 1,000 on Pro and Pro Plus. CloudTalk requires the Expert or Custom plan and “at least 3 users”, and charges “$0.01 per message, for both inbound and outbound messages”. For what Meta itself charges, see our breakdown of WhatsApp Business API cost per message.
For US texting, CloudTalk says SMS from unregistered US numbers “will be blocked”, and JustCall’s pricing guide says 10DLC charges may apply. Our guide to how long A2P 10DLC registration takes covers the stages. On numbers, CloudTalk lists local numbers in 160+ countries and JustCall in 70+ countries. JustCall added RCS messaging through its APIs on 18 September 2026.
CRM integrations and free trials on JustCall and CloudTalk
CloudTalk lists 95+ standard CRM, helpdesk and ATS integrations on Essential and Expert, adds the Salesforce ecosystem on Expert, and lists no integrations on Starter (its plans article instead marks integrations “Limited” on Starter and Essential and “Full (95+)” on Expert). JustCall lists 100+ CRM and data integrations from Team. Two JustCall pages differ on Salesforce: its plan comparison marks “Salesforce integration” from Pro, while its Salesforce page says “Every plan includes Salesforce integration”, with click-to-call and auto-logging on Team and the Salesforce CTI from Pro. Both offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
Who should pick which: the JustCall vs CloudTalk decision table
Read it by the constraint that binds you; if none binds, the worked bill decides.
| If this is your situation | Pick | Why, from the vendors’ pages |
|---|---|---|
| Calls go unanswered after hours and leads need calling back and chasing across channels | Zian; LeadsNow.ai if you want it run for you | AI agents answer inbound calls 24/7 and follow up by voice, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger |
| One person needs a business phone | CloudTalk | 1-licence minimum on Starter and Essential; JustCall bills at least 2 licences |
| You will run an AI receptionist on a few hundred minutes or more | CloudTalk | US$99 for 200 minutes and US$299 for 1,000, against US$0.99 a minute on JustCall |
| US-billed sales team of 16 or more on the power-dialler tier, with summaries on every seat and about 200 AI receptionist minutes a month | JustCall | CloudTalk’s 11% US fee outgrows its US$99 AI saving from 16 seats; JustCall’s invoice articles list licences, numbers, 10DLC, add-ons and US sales tax, with no percentage cost-recovery fee, as at 2 November 2026 |
| Reps need multi-line dialling at the lowest published price | CloudTalk | Parallel add-on US$39 a user a month on any plan; JustCall’s multi-line dialler is on SalesPro, by quote, or on SalesPro Lite at US$79 a user a month billed annually (help centre) |
| Your team texts a lot from one-to-one conversations | JustCall | 500 to 1,000 SMS segments a licence included in the US region; CloudTalk bills every message from credit |
| You want WhatsApp on the entry plan | JustCall | WhatsApp inbox from Team; CloudTalk needs Expert and 3 users |
| Callers speak many languages, or you need numbers in many countries | CloudTalk | 70+ AI languages against 14; local numbers in 160+ countries against 70+ |
| You want live AI coaching in the seat | JustCall Pro Plus | Real-time agent assist included at US$89 a user a month; we could not find a real-time AI assist on CloudTalk’s plan table, as at 2 November 2026 |
Who each option is wrong for
Zian is wrong for a team that only wants a phone line with no AI handling, and for a buyer who needs a published price today.
JustCall is wrong for one-person businesses (two licences minimum), for teams running many AI voice agent minutes at its published US$0.99 a minute (1,000 minutes cost US$942 to US$990 a month before any quote), and for call centres counting on “unlimited” calling, which its Fair Usage Policy excludes. Its outbound AI Voice Agent must be enabled on the account first and is for consented leads, not cold lists.
CloudTalk is wrong for US-billed teams that will grow past about 16 seats on the sales tier with summaries on every seat and about 200 AI minutes a month (the 11% fee overtakes the AI saving; more AI minutes push that point higher), for heavy one-to-one texters (no message bundle), for small teams wanting WhatsApp below Expert, and for buyers who need multi-line dialling on day one: the rebuilt dialler is enabled account by account, and parallel seats are assigned by CloudTalk. Its annual plan carries a 12-month commitment with no refunds for unused time, though JustCall’s terms likewise say “There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of non-use of Service”.
How we compared JustCall and CloudTalk
Methodology and defined terms. A feature counts as on a plan only when the vendor’s own pricing page, plan comparison or help article places it there, read for “beta”, “add-on”, “coming soon” and plan or region limits; where two of a vendor’s pages disagree, we print both. A published price is one on the vendor’s own pages, including prices held in the page’s data; undisplayed promotional price keys were ignored. “Comparable plans” means plans at the same seat price that include the vendor’s power dialler or its entry SMS-and-integrations tier. “We could not find” means we searched the vendor’s pricing pages and help-centre billing articles in its own vocabulary, with a positive control on the same files.
On 2 November 2026 that covered JustCall’s pricing page, price data, plan comparison, four product pages, 11 help-centre articles, and every What’s New entry since 4 August 2026 (nine updates, 10 August to 26 October, none changing a price or plan used here). For CloudTalk it covered the pricing page, pricing.md, ten product pages, 18 help-centre articles, and its changelog (17 entries, 20 August to 2 November 2026, mostly API and voice-agent changes, none changing a price). We used neither vendor’s comparison page for the other’s facts. JustCall facts on our Aircall vs JustCall comparison were treated as leads and re-read at source. Zian is described only from its published capabilities. Ranking: Zian first and LeadsNow.ai second as the done-for-you option; JustCall and CloudTalk are not ranked against each other.
Disclosure. zian.ai publishes this page and sells Zian, which is ranked first here. LeadsNow.ai is a sister business that runs on Zian.
Pick the phone system, then the agent. Zian’s agents work in 30+ languages and book appointments from inbound and outbound conversations.
JustCall vs CloudTalk: frequently asked questions
Is JustCall or CloudTalk better?
It depends on what you meter. Seat prices match on the paired tiers: US$29 and US$49 a user a month billed annually on both. CloudTalk’s AI receptionist costs US$99 for 200 minutes against US$198 on JustCall, so AI-heavy teams usually pay less on CloudTalk; US-billed sales-tier teams of 16 or more with summaries on every seat and about 200 AI minutes a month, and heavy texters, usually pay less on JustCall. Prices as at 2 November 2026.
Is CloudTalk cheaper than JustCall?
Not on seats: JustCall Team and CloudTalk Essential are both US$29 a user a month billed annually, and CloudTalk Starter is US$25. In our worked bill with 200 AI minutes and summaries, 5 US-billed seats cost US$309.90 a month on CloudTalk Essential against US$388.00 on JustCall Team, but 20 seats on the sales tier cost US$1,386.60 on CloudTalk Expert against US$1,358.00 on JustCall Pro, because of CloudTalk’s 11% US fee.
What is the minimum number of users on JustCall and CloudTalk?
CloudTalk needs 1 user on Starter and Essential and 3 on Expert. JustCall’s licence guide says every plan needs at least 2 licences, and its Business plan lists a minimum of 10.
How much does the AI receptionist cost on JustCall and CloudTalk?
CloudTalk’s AI Receptionist costs US$99 a month for 200 minutes, US$199 for 500 and US$299 for 1,000, with 50 free minutes in the trial. JustCall’s AI Voice Agent page lists US$0.99 a minute pay-as-you-go, or US$99 for 100 minutes and US$249 for 300 a month, while its help centre says tailored prices come through sales.
Does CloudTalk include SMS like JustCall does?
No. CloudTalk says “There is no SMS bundle or package”: every SMS, MMS and WhatsApp message is charged from credit, and SMS is not on Starter. JustCall includes 500 SMS segments a licence on Team and 1,000 on Pro in the US region.
Which has a parallel dialler, JustCall or CloudTalk?
Both. CloudTalk sells a Parallel add-on for US$39 a user a month on any plan, up to 5 lines with 10 on request. JustCall’s predictive or parallel dialler, up to 10 lines, is on SalesPro, which its pricing page sells by quote; its help centre also lists SalesPro Lite at US$79 a user a month billed annually.
Can an AI agent replace JustCall or CloudTalk?
Not usually. An AI agent sits on top of a phone line and hands calls to a person when needed. Zian runs AI agents that answer inbound calls 24/7 and follow up by voice, SMS, email and WhatsApp.
